Please note that use of the above authorized repairers for any urgent repair must be for Urgent Repairs Only as defined by the Residential Tenancy Act, 1997 which described as follows:


  • Blocked or broken toilet system  
  • Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • Serious roof leak
  • Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
  • Gas leak
  • A serious fault in a lift or staircase
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Burst water service
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by a landlord or agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
  • An appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted


Please be advised that any NON urgent repairs are to be submitted in writing on e-mail to your property manager or via our website: www.jasonrealestate.com.au and will be attended to on our return on Wednesday 27th January 2021.
